made collecting a power up whilst having one reset the power ups timer

made stuff ACTUALLY blink before going away

made power ups spawn slightly slower

changed spawning system slightly

made big stars slightly faster

made triple stars actually work as intended

made asteroids get pushed back more

made normal shots cost less score but phased cost more

made coins give more score

reduced shield time

UI is bugged will be fixed in the next update
